Review:
Roarke and Eve are called to the scene of a vicious murder in Washington Square, where they find a woman lying in a blood of blood. While they are evaluating the scene, Roarke notices an onlooker in the crowd who raises instant alarms from his past. Amongst the crowd is Lorean Cobbe, a hired assassin.
Honestly if that previous statement doesn’t convince you to read this book, then I’m positive you are not a crime/mystery fan. Right from the opening page of Shadows in Death, you get drawn from the very first page as you get involved in the working relationship between Roarke and Eve! They both care for each other’s safety and wellbeing. But while they worry about each other they actually lost sight of threat which let Robb play on the suspense.
Over all I love these thrilling books that you want to smash out in one sitting as it has all the elements of a compelling book!
