Synopsis:

Through blood and sacrifice, Amora Montara has conquered a rebellion and taken her rightful place as queen of Visidia. Now, with the islands in turmoil and the people questioning her authority, Amora cannot allow anyone to see her weaknesses.

No one can know about the curse in her bloodline. No one can know that she’s lost her magic. No one can know the truth about the boy who holds the missing half of her soul.

To save herself and Visidia, Amora embarks on a desperate quest for a mythical artifact that could fix everything―but it comes at a terrible cost. As she tries to balance her loyalty to her people, her crew, and the desires of her heart, Amora will soon discover that the power to rule might destroy her

Review:

Did I lose my shit when this book arrived?

Why yes, I did!!!

All the Stars and Teeth was officially my favourite book of 2020! Without a doubt! No seriously, there was no doubt and there shouldn’t be any doubt, so buy it and I promise you, it will be worth it!

Because I loved the first book in the series, I knew that the second book was either going to be just as amazing, and I was completely right!! To the point where I can’t even pick a favourite, because they both just rocked my soul!

All the Tides of Fate leaves you on the edge of your seat from the get-go and you are swept up in the whirlwind of characters and plot. Once you start reading this beauty, you end up finally glancing away from the book and BAM its three AM!

Amora, our main leading lady, is hands on one of my favourite characters of all time. She faced an immense number of obstacles in this book (and the last) but you can how the grief shapes her heart and her decisions throughout the book. But can we praise Grace for not brushing over the grief that Amora has faced? You get to witness how grief is handled in its raw form. Its brilliant!! Usually, YA characters that face grief get shoved to the side or labelled as ‘assholes.’

Wrapping this up, from start to finish, I loved every aspect of this book. This duology is officially my favourite of all time and I cannot express how incredible they are! These books will always be on my recommendation list until the end of time!
